Why Whatsapp, Instagram and Facebook Messenger Were Down?

Today WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook Messenger apps were down for one hour. Over 2 billion people around the world using one of the company’s apps. Therefore these outages made them curious.

People saw errors when they opened the apps. The three apps -all of which are part of the Facebook company, and share common technology- interrupted by unknown reasons.

These cuts took about an hour worldwide. We wondered if there happened a server down however Facebook Company didn’t make a official statement regarding this problem.

But right now they have been fixed. The services have been restored. At 10.08 PM (GMT+3) Instagram tweeted about the outage:

WhatsApp tweeted about it too at 09.41 PM (GMT+3).

There is no official statement yet. We are waiting.
